Setting up, and what to try when something will not play.

Signing in

Veskio needs a playlist from a provider you already subscribe to. There are two ways to enter it, and your provider will have given you one or the other:

  1. Xtream Codes — type the server address, your username and your password into the three fields on the Xtream tab. The address looks like http://example.com:8080.
  2. M3U+ link — paste the whole link on the M3U tab. It looks like http://example.com:8080/get.php?username=…&password=…&type=m3u_plus. Veskio reads your username and password out of the link itself.

Common problems

"Wrong username or password"

Copy and paste the details rather than typing them, and check for a trailing space. If your provider gave you a port number, it belongs in the server address.

"Your subscription has expired"

This is what your provider's server reported, not something Veskio decides. Your provider can tell you where the subscription stands.

A channel will not open, or stalls

Recommendations say nothing came back

Suggestions are picked only from titles your own playlist carries, so a request no title matches returns nothing. The feature is also limited to 8 requests an hour per connection.

Getting in touch

Write to support@veskio.app. Telling us your device and iOS or Android version, what you did, and the exact error text gets you a useful answer in one reply instead of three.

What we cannot help with

Veskio sells no channels and hosts no content; it plays the playlist you bring. Questions about what your subscription includes, what it costs, when it expires, or why a particular channel is missing can only be answered by the provider you bought it from.
